so i visited the hotel 6 month ago and the reception was so bad im talking about the evening shift he talks so bad and dont respect any one and if you asked to low the price he gives you that ugly face with one word nooo and again i came to same hotel thought maybe he changed or maybe not ganna see him but again same guy same style i stayed one night cuz i was so tired and left at morning to another hotel also i asked one more guy he was from UK was in pool he said same thing about that guy you should do something about him .... by the way the morning shift so friendly and kind

The hotel has a nice location and is close to the metro, but the service is very poor.. There is no iron in the rooms. When I asked for iron from the reception, they told me that there is only one iron and it is with one of the guests. The bathroom does not have a quick water drain, and the rooms are very hot. The air conditioning does not work well in the summer either. As for the breakfast, it is very miserable and does not have any variety

Excellent location and quiet staff is keeping it clean; We got room on a 5th floor, one bed has no leg, shower is rusty and fixed to a wall... nothing like in photos on their website. I do not understand how hotel is about to get 4th star! …

medium range small hotel, the one needed to find clean bed after long shopping day, the shower was not working properly, and no hand soap available in toilet.. in the heart of enikapi area, old town, alot of shopping and food available, the entrance not too comfortable for strollers.

not recommended, we decided to stay at the hotel for 1 night, the first night they put us in a triple single bad room even when we're just couple, there was no one to help us in the bag or even take us to the rooms so it was our task to find the room, however it was a nice room with kettle and sound proof and clean. so we decided to extend our stay for 3 nights. in second day they moved us to the next building room (205) cz all the rooms are booked as they said (even when i open google i can see that they have availability on booking.com and findhotels.com....). the room 205 was in the same price (600TRY/night) but in a first floor without lift, however there's no room service at all, no phone to call the reception, there's no kettle to make coffee or Nescafe, there's no bottle of water also. the worst was staying for 4 night without cleaning service, we reach the reception few times asking for kettle and cleaning with one response: "these services are for the hotel not for the next building and we cannot help u at all"...

This is the worst hotel I haver ever stayed in. The rooms are old and dirty. Showers barely work and they are rusty. It seems like they needed to be replaced at least 20 years ago. The furniture in the room is old and damaged. But, this is not the worst thing at all. The food and the restaurant is literally scarry. I think that only pure luck saved us from getting sick after eating there. Bugs (cockroaches) are on the tables and in the restaurant. Food is spoiled. For instance, butter was rancid with a bitter taste. Than oil on salad was also bad and, finally, we realised they reuse food for several days ago by mixing with eggs. For example, they served fried potatoes for breakfast and nobody did not want to eat it. Than the next day they made scrambled eggs with fried potatoes. Yuck!!!!! The only positive thing is location, which is great. Avoid this hotel!!!!
